New year outlook and recap of 2018

As the new year enters, time for a recap of last year and an outlook for this year.
Technology
The Open Smart Grid Platform made good progress in fixing bugs en cleaning code last year. This resulted in an even more stable platform to build your application. The Open smart grid platform will continue to receive improvements including security updates.
Community development
More and more people are showing interest in the use/evaluation of the Open Smart Grid Platform. We receive questions via e-mail and on Github documentation issues. From the converstations I have had, it looks like nobody passes the evaluation phase.
