LF Energy Ambassadors are individuals who are passionate about building open technology solutions for the energy transition, recognized for their expertise, and willing to help others learn about these technologies and our community. Successful Ambassadors are people such as developers, maintainers, end users, influencers, and/or evangelists who are already engaged with an LF Energy project in some way including contributing to forums, online groups, community events, etc.

We are currently recruiting our first group of Ambassadors. Ambassadors must commit to evangelizing LF Energy and its products to their communities. To remain active as an Ambassador, at minimum one activity per quarter must be performed, such as:

  • Speaking at an event
  • Presenting a webinar
  • Recording a tutorial or informational video
  • Contributing a blog post for LFEnergy.org
  • Being interviewed by the media
  • Drafting an article for placement with an industry media outlet

LF Energy community members interested in applying should complete the form below by January 8, 2024. Applications will be considered by the LF Energy Technical Advisory Council in January.

If you would like an Ambassador to speak at your event, please contact dbrown@linuxfoundation.org with the name of the conference, date, and relevant links.
